Terms and Conditions for the "Spend and Win" Campaign:

1. The campaign will start on 1\8\2024 and end on 1\10\2024.
2. This campaign is open to all holders of active VISA Debit and Credit Cards issued by Capital Bank of Jordan who perform international POS and e-commerce transactions during the Campaign Period. The eligibility of participants for the campaign will be determined by the transactions made within this period.
3. Participants will gain one entry into the draw for every 200 JOD spent using their VISA Credit Card and 250 JOD spent using their VISA Debit Card on their eligible transactions. Each transaction increment will grant one entry into the draw.
4. VISA Credit Card transactions made in foreign currencies will be converted to Jordanian Dinars (JOD) at the bank's prevailing exchange rate on the transaction date to calculate the entry thresholds.
5. Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected in a raffle draw to win a prize of 999 JOD each.
6. Winners will be announced 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period. Winners will be contacted directly by Capital Bank of Jordan to confirm their acceptance of the prize and to obtain consent to share their contact details with VISA and any necessary third parties.
7. Winners must visit the nearest branch of Capital Bank of Jordan to sign a prize receipt. If a winner cannot be contacted within one month of the announcement, the bank reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
8. By participating in the campaign, customers consent to collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information to administer the campaign and prize fulfillment. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Capital Bank of Jordan's privacy policy.
9. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. We confirm our commitment to all laws and regulations applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and we pledge to provide all campaign details and promotional materials for your esteemed approval before the official announcement.
