The applicable law:

The current terms and conditions set for using the website shall be governed by the Jordanian Laws including the Electronic Transactions Law No. (85), 2001. Further, and in case any dispute concerning this website shall arise, then it shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Amman (Palace of Justice) while in case any of the terms and conditions shall be invalid or unenforceable, then the same shall be of no impact as for the enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions that shall remain applicable.
