How can I access the Internet banking portal?

If you already have Mobile Application credentials:

  • Simply click on the Login button.
  • Enter your mobile credentials (username/password).
  • Provide the one-time password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number.

* If you haven't registered with the Mobile Application before, follow these steps:

  • Download our Capital Mobile Application.
  • Click on Register, enter your full debit card number and card PIN (ATM PIN).
  • Create a preferred username.
  • Set up a new password.
  • Register your biometrics or personal PIN.
  • Once completed, visit the Internet banking URL, and enter your new credentials.

What should I do if I forget my username/password?

  • You can use the "Forget Password/Username" feature by opening the mobile application on your smart device and following these steps:
  • Click on "Forget Password/Username" on the login screen.
  • Enter your full debit card number and card PIN.

How secure is the Internet banking portal?

Our Internet Banking Portal is secured as it ensures only you can access the Internet Banking data, there is no sensitive data stored on your desktop, all communications with the Internet Portal are fully secured and encrypted.
