Terms & Conditions:

  • This campaign is valid for all Visa credit cardholders issued by Capital bank of Jordan who make purchase transactions through POS or online shopping websites/applications.
  • Eligible transactions include local and international purchases (POS purchases, online shopping transactions) or purchases made during the customer’s travel.
  • Bill payments, cash withdrawals, or reversed transactions will not be counted as eligible transactions for the campaign.
  • Participants will receive one chance into the draw for the first JOD 500 spent per customer during the campaign period using their Visa credit card.
  • After meeting the minimum spend threshold during the campaign period, every additional JOD 200 spent will grant the customer an extra chance.
  • International purchase transactions will get double chances.
  • Winners will be selected as follows:
  • Transactions made in foreign currencies will be converted to Jordanian Dinars based on the exchange rate determined by the bank when calculating the customer’s number of entries.
  • Winners will be announced 60 days after the end of the campaign period.
  • Winners will be contacted directly by Capital Bank to confirm acceptance of the prize and to obtain their approval to share their contact details with Visa and any required third parties.
  • The prize amount will be credited to the winner’s credit card.
  • Customers will be excluded from winning if their account/card is inactive or if they have outstanding amounts at the time their name appears as a winner.
  • A customer is entitled to receive the prize only once and cannot win two prizes. If this occurs, they will be excluded from the second prize and replaced by another customer.
  • If the winner’s information is inaccurate, incorrect, or if they do not respond within 24 hours, the bank has the right to cancel the prize and select another winner.
  • The bank has the right to announce the winner in any manner it deems appropriate, whether by publishing the winner’s name or sharing their photo. Anyone who objects will be disqualified and cannot claim the prize.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with Capital Bank’s privacy policy.
  • Bank employees and branches are excluded from participating in this campaign.
  • The winner must inform the bank of their acceptance or rejection of the prize within 24 hours.
  • The campaign is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • The bank reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign if needed and will notify customers of such changes or cancellation in advance through the same channel used for the campaign announcement.
  • In case of modification or cancellation, the bank must announce it through the same channels used for promoting the campaign.
  • By participating in this campaign, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
