Terms and Conditions for Capital Bank of Jordan and DADA Group Campaign:

1. This campaign is exclusively available to Capital Bank of Jordan cardholders.
2. A 5% discount is applicable to purchases made using Capital Bank of Jordan debit cards.
3. The discount is valid until 01/06/2025.
4. Credit cards are ineligible for the 5% discount but can utilize the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) service.
5. Credit cardholders can avail of an EPP service for up to 36 months with 0% interest, exclusively on purchases made using Capital Bank of Jordan POS machines. The EPP must comply with the bank's terms and conditions regarding credit channel facilities.
6. The discount applies to the full price of the purchase and must be made using a single debit card. The discount cannot be split across multiple cards or combined with other offers or discounts.
7. Returns and refunds are subject to DADA Group's policy. For purchases made under the Easy Payment Plan (EPP), refunds will be processed in accordance with Capital Bank of Jordan's EPP terms.
8. Capital Bank of Jordan and DADA Group reserve the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the terms of this offer at any time without prior notice to the customers.
9. Participation in this campaign is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Capital Bank of Jordan may, at its discretion, exclude any individual from participating in the campaign without providing any reason.
10. By participating in the campaign, cardholders agree to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the campaign, in accordance with Capital Bank of Jordan’s privacy policy.
