Capital Bank Employees Volunteer to Promote Financial Literacy
Capital Bank recently reinforced its dedication to promoting financial literacy among students by actively participating in the Career Day initiative in partnership with Madrasati. This initiative is designed to introduce students to modern career pathways and help them make choices that align with the evolving needs of the job market. The event is part of a larger project focused on enhancing educational opportunities for Jordanian and Syrian students in host communities, made possible through the support of the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Fund and implemented by Madrasati.
A team of dedicated Capital Bank employees volunteered to lead engaging discussions with high school students at Al-Muhallab Bin Abi Sufra and Jumana Bint Abi Talib schools. During these interactive sessions, students were introduced to key financial concepts such as saving, investing, and budgeting. The bank's representatives also provided insights into the safe and effective use of various banking services, aiming to equip students with practical knowledge for their future financial planning.
The initiative received positive feedback from both students and educators, highlighting Capital Bank's commitment to empowering youth with the financial skills necessary to make informed decisions as they move forward in life.
Through its ongoing participation in Career Day events in collaboration with Madrasati, Capital Bank strives to cultivate a generation that is well-versed in financial matters and capable of contributing to Jordan's sustainable economic development.
