Terms and Conditions:

  1. This campaign is open exclusively to existing and new retail customers of Capital Bank of Jordan.
  2. The campaign starts form 13/10/2014 to 30/11/2024
  3. Eligible CLIQ transfers must be incoming, not outgoing, from accounts in other banks or electronic wallets. They must be directed to the customer's account at Capital Bank through the CLIQ service. Please note that outgoing CLIQ transfers from accounts within Capital Bank are excluded from this campaign.
  4. Each transaction of 10 Jordanian Dinars or more, up to a maximum of 5 transactions, will grant the customer one entry per transaction into the draw.
  5. The customer must not withdraw or use the transferred amount during the campaign period.
  6. There will be one winner who will receive a cash prize of 250 JOD.
  7. The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign.
  8. The draw will occur within two weeks following the end of the campaign. The selected winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their Capital Bank of Jordan account.
  9. If Capita Bank of Jordan is unable to reach the winning customer or if the prize is not claimed within the specified timeframe of one month from the announcement of the winners, the bank reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternate winner.
  10. To claim the prize, the customer must visit the nearest branch to sign a prize receipt.
  11. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Disputes related to the campaign will be governed by Jordanian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  12. By participating in the campaign, customers agree to the use of their personal information to administer the campaign, according to Capital Bank of Jordan’s privacy policy.
