Capital Bank Announces Capital Bright Grand Prize Winners
Capital Bank has announced the grand prize winners of its Capital Bright savings account, designed specifically for children, during an event held at the Orthodox Club.
Minor Angi Ali Mohammad Ghanem, under the custody of her father, Mr. Ali Mohammad Ghanem, and Minor Yanal Varouqa, under the custody of his father, Mr. Tambi Farouq Varouqa, each won an education insurance policy worth JOD 50,000.
Capital Bank sought to make the announcement a memorable experience by surprising the two children with the grand prize during a celebration attended by their families. The winners and their families expressed their delight, praising the Bank’s efforts to encourage children to save and invest in their educational future.
Nadeem Khitan, SEVP – Head of Consumer Banking at Capital Bank, said that the Capital Bright account reflects the Bank’s commitment to fostering a culture of saving among children and young people from an early age. By combining financial planning tools with attractive incentives, the account helps younger generations develop healthy financial habits and prepare confidently for the future.
Khitan added that the growing popularity of the account shows parents’ increasing awareness of the importance of saving early and the role it can play in securing their children’s future. He emphasized that Capital Bank will continue to reward savers with exclusive prizes and benefits that deliver added value, while providing further opportunities to win through upcoming draws.
Capital Bank launched Capital Bright account for children under the age of 18, offering a range of benefits designed to encourage saving. These include welcome gifts tailored to different age groups and exemption from minimum balance fees.
The account also incorporates modern payment technology by offering smart payment wristbands, providing children with a convenient and contemporary way to make payments. In addition, a partnership with Royal Jordanian offers discounts and other benefits for young travelers.
To further encourage saving, Capital Bright gives account holders the opportunity to win monthly prizes, including cash prizes of JOD 5,000, provided the account maintains a minimum balance of JOD 500. The account also offers a grand prize in the form of an education insurance policy worth up to JOD 50,000, provided the account balance is at least JOD 1,000.
Capital Bank will continue its Capital Bright campaign, with additional grand prize winners for September and December.
