Capital Bank announced its participation as a Gold Sponsor of the Cybersecurity Advancements, Innovation, and Technology Conference and Exhibition (C8 2025), held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center – Dead Sea, from November 18 to 20, 2025.
The bank’s sponsorship of this major technology event underscores its strong commitment to supporting national initiatives that enhance Jordan’s regional standing and reflects its belief in the critical importance of cybersecurity to the banking and financial sectors amid accelerating digital transformation.
The C8 Conference and Exhibition was jointly organized by the National Cybersecurity Center, the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB), and SOFEX Jordan. As one of the region’s leading cybersecurity platforms, the event aims to strengthen Jordan’s position as a regional hub capable of keeping pace with rapid technological advancements and anticipating future innovations.
In a press statement, Capital Bank reaffirmed that its participation stems from its strategy to adopt the latest global standards in data and system protection while maintaining the highest levels of digital security. The bank emphasized that the conference serves as a key platform for discussing the challenges and opportunities facing institutions in the cyber domain.

It included several key activities such as the Dot Cyber Summit, the international Armython competition, an AI-focused exhibition, live hacking challenges, and the Cyber Drill, which simulated real-world scenarios to protect critical infrastructure sectors.
Through these initiatives, the conference seeks to reinforce Jordan’s position as a regional leader in cybersecurity and strengthen the country’s digital security ecosystem in line with the demands of the future and ongoing technological progress.
