Capital Bank Explores Global Financial Transformations at Its Annual Event

Capital Bank hosted its annual event at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman, bringing together a distinguished group of clients alongside experts in economics, investment, and financial markets.

In his opening remarks, Capital Bank CEO, Tamer Ghazaleh emphasized that this annual event has become a valued tradition that reflects the depth of partnership and mutual trust built with clients over the years. He noted that 2025 marks a milestone year for Capital Bank as it celebrates three decades of progress, driven by strategic vision, dedication, and continuous development that have positioned the Group among the leading financial institutions in the region.

Ghazaleh also highlighted the Group’s strong financial results for 2025, with net profits rising by 29.5% to JOD 142 million for the first nine months of the year. He further noted the signing of the largest green subordinated loan in Jordan, valued at USD 135 million over ten years, a major step that strengthens the Bank’s leadership in sustainable finance and underscores its commitment to adopting innovative and responsible financial solutions.

The event served as a platform for knowledge exchange and insight sharing, offering clients valuable perspectives on emerging market trends and investment opportunities. The program opened with a presentation by Mohammad Salaymeh from Capital Investments, who outlined the latest global investment trends and their implications for investors.

The event also featured a panel discussion titled “Navigating Global Financial Shifts” featuring former Minister of Investment, H.E. Kheiry Amr, former Minister of ICT, H.E.Marwan Juma, Chairman of Imseeh Jewelry, Osama Imseeh, and economist and analyst, Khaled Al-Rababah. The discussion explored global investment trends, the role of gold as a safe haven, shifts in monetary and banking policies, and the growing impact of technology and artificial intelligence on both local and global markets. The speakers also shared practical insights and recommendations for navigating an increasingly dynamic and fast-changing economic landscape.

The event concluded with an open discussion between speakers and guests, fostering an interactive exchange that reflected Capital Bank Group’s ongoing commitment to empowering its clients with the latest economic and financial insights, while equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed investment decisions.
