Capital Bank Participates in Job Shadow Program by INJAZ
This one-day event aimed to provide grade 10 students with a clearer and more comprehensive idea about their career options, as well as prepare them for the job market, guide them, and provide them with basic information about the nature of the professions they will choose to study in the future.
During the visit, the students who participated in the Job Shadow Program met with a number of Capital Bank employees from various departments, including Marketing, Business Excellence and Customer Experience, Product Development, and Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility.
